SCHOLARSHIPS
During the 2024-2025 school year, Scholaris gave away $46,700 in scholarship funds. We strongly believe in providing students with the opportunity to reach their true academic potential. As a result, we offer acceptance to students and families who show a drive to push themselves and contribute to the community in a positive way.
2025-2026 Goal: $50,000 to cover the scholarships of the current recipients and provide scholarships to new students.
Opportunities to support: Donate to the general scholarship fund or set up a recurring scholarship that is awarded to a selected student each year.
SPONSOR A TEACHER
The Scholaris teacher is an exceptional instructor that is responsible for customizing the curriculum and lesson plans for each student while maintaining high classroom standards. Teacher salaries range between $30,000 and $38,000 annually based on the number of classes taught each week. In order to get closer to our competitors and provide a living wage, we need to pay a minimum salary of $45,000 per teacher.
2025-2026 Goal: $89,000 to cover salary difference of current teachers and on boarding a 4th teacher.
Opportunities to support: Donate to the general scholarship fund or set up a recurring sponsorship for a specific class/teacher.
SPONSOR THE CURRICULUM
We do an amazing job keep material costs low for each student while using a high-end classically based curriculum, with a typical annual cost of $150-$200 per student.
Opportunities to support: Donate to the general curriculum fund to offset curriculum costs.

SPONSOR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS
We try to multitask as much as possible to keep costs low. We have a part time assistant for 12-15 hours each week who assists in scanning/filing graded work, preparing the weekly red folders, and helping teachers prep their materials ($15,000 annually). Our director oversees all admissions, marketing, behavior management, curriculum development, and teacher training, while also teaching at least two classes a day and proctoring multiple independent work periods a week ($50,000 annually).
2025-2026 Goal: $15,000 used to provide a cost of living raise for both the assistant and the director.
Opportunities to support: Donate to the general administrative fund to offset curriculum costs or set up a recurring sponsorship for either the assistant or the director.
